01Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zumvu ("Zumvu", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to your access to and use of zumvu.chat and our website visitor conversion platform, including the AI chatbot, lead capture forms, exit-intent offers, announcement bars, sticky call-to-action buttons, live chat, appointment booking, CRM integrations and analytics (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, installing our code snippet or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02The Services
Zumvu lets you add engagement and lead capture tools to your website with a short code snippet and manage them from a dashboard. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the paid functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate chatbot replies. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing how it is configured and for the way you use it with your visitors.

- Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights.

The Services can connect to third-party tools such as CRMs, email platforms and calendars. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. When you connect one, you authorize us to exchange data with it on your behalf.
